Fund Finance Partners Welcomes Eden Gurlitz from Bank of America Securities

Experienced fund finance professional joins advisory firm, deepening the platform's execution capabilities.

CHARLOTTE, N.C., July 27, 2026 — Fund Finance Partners ("FFP") today announced that Eden Gurlitz has joined the firm’s Charlotte, North Carolina headquarters. Gurlitz brings seven years of banking and fund finance experience, joining from Bank of America Securities, where she was most recently on the Subscription Finance Syndications team, advising private equity, private credit and real estate fund sponsors on subscription-based credit facilities.

Her appointment reflects FFP's continued investment in experience and capabilities required to provide clients with market-leading fund financing advisory services. Presented with an expanding range of financing solutions, an increasing number of asset managers are seeking advice that combines strategic awareness with deep execution experience.

“Our clients rely on us to deliver candid, thoughtful advice and practical transaction experience,” said Richard Wheelahan, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Fund Finance Partners. “Eden has worked on a wide variety of subscription finance transactions, supporting managers across practically every asset class, and knows what it takes to deliver even the most complex fund financings to clients with high expectations. Her experience and instincts strengthen our platform’s capabilities.”

At BofA, Gurlitz was an integral part of financings for many of the industry’s leading private equity, private credit and real estate managers, from multi-billion-dollar, syndicated umbrella credit facilities to bilateral lending relationships. She began her career at Bank of America as an analyst within the Global Corporate & Investment Banking team and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina, where she was a Carolina Finance Scholar.

“Throughout my career, I had the opportunity to work alongside sponsors, lenders and advisers on many of the market’s most sophisticated subscription finance transactions,” said Gurlitz. “What attracted me to Fund Finance Partners was the opportunity to work more closely with sponsors throughout the financing process and across a broader range of strategic capital solutions. The firm’s combination of transaction experience, market engagement and independent advisory appealed to me, and I’m excited to contribute to its continued growth.”

“Our clients look to us not simply for transaction advice, but as long-term partners as their financing needs continue to evolve,” said Zac Barnett, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Fund Finance Partners. “As those needs span a growing range of structures and counterparties, long-term relationships and proprietary market intelligence allow us to develop a deep understanding of our clients’ businesses and provide advice that reflects both where they are today and where they’re headed. Eden’s experience adds meaningful depth to those conversations and will further strengthen the service we provide our clients.”
