Bronwen is co-head of the Fund Finance practice at Reed Smith and has over twenty years’ experience in Fund Finance, having been active in the space since its inception in the London market.

She acts for banks and other financial institutions, sponsors, general partners, and fund managers on a whole range of fund finance matters including capital call (subscription line) facilities, Net Asset Value (NAV) facilities, hybrid facilities, and general partner and co-investment facilities.

She is ranked by Chambers UK in Band 1 for Banking & Finance: Fund Finance and is recognised as a “Leading Individual” in Fund Finance by The Legal 500 UK. The Reed Smith team is also ranked Band 1 in Chambers UK and Tier 1 in The Legal 500 UK for Fund Finance in London.
